What does sameface cost?
sameface uses pay-as-you-go pricing in USD, billed through Shopify. There is no recurring monthly base fee, credit wallet or plan tier. New merchants receive 15 free images. Paid generation starts after Shopify usage subscription approval.
A 360 view is a 3D model of the product, made from the photo already on its product page, that Shopify turns in its own viewer and places in the room with its AR button on phones. The back is drawn from the front photo, so it suits simple shapes; check it before you publish.

For example, ten new product images cost $0.80 after the free allowance. One standard five-second clip made with a new still costs $0.78. That is $0.70 for the clip plus $0.08 for its source image, not two separate subscriptions.
How do the 15 free images work?
Each new merchant receives 15 free images. Product photos, generated model portraits and generated scene previews use that allowance. A free image that fails does not use up one of your fifteen, at most fifteen times. Paid photos are charged after they are made, and there are no refunds.
Videos, their prerequisite stills and 360 views are paid. They are not covered by the free-image allowance. Exploring the website demo is free because it shows existing samples rather than submitting generation jobs.
What does the $100 approved cap mean?
Before paid generation, you approve a Shopify usage subscription. Its default approved cap is $100 USD. The cap limits approved usage; it is not an upfront payment, a monthly base fee or a bundle of credits.
The app displays the price before a run. Start with a small set of products, check the results and make further generations deliberately. Publishing is a separate choice: generating a photo or video does not automatically add it to a live product gallery.
