Who should pick which
A store that needs 30 clean cut-outs a week is a Photoroom store. A store that has its packshots and wants them worn, in a room, in motion or in AR, without a monthly bill, is a sameface store. Many stores use both: one for editing, one for new photos.
Questions merchants ask
Is sameface a subscription?
No. There is no monthly fee and no credit pack. You pay $0.08 per photo, $0.14 per clip second and $1.50 per 360 view, on your Shopify bill, under a cap you approve.
Does sameface work outside Shopify?
No. It is a Shopify app and works inside the admin on your catalog. If you need photos for Amazon or Etsy without a Shopify store, a standalone tool fits better.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. New stores get 15 free photos, and the sample studio on our home page shows existing results without an install.
